Kids can practice their reading! Children in Kindergarten to Grade 3 can get extra reading time with a teen volunteer. This is a great way to improve reading skills!

A beginner ukulele jam session just for kids! Participants must know how to play some basic chords and bring their own ukulele. Ages 7 and up.

Caregivers are encouraged to stay and play or sing with their children. If intending to stay please register each adult.

Don't own a ukulele? Borrow one from FVRL.

Join us for a fun and easy craft! Quilling is an art form where strips of paper are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. In this session we’ll learn some basic quilling shapes and make a card to take home. All materials provided. Open to ages 15 and up.

Practice English in a friendly, social situation. Presented in partnership with SHARE Family and Community Services. This program is limited to residents of the Tri-Cities, Belcarra and Anmore. Intermediate level. Drop in.

Tuck into a story! Children and caregivers will be entertained with stories, songs, rhymes and more. Kids are encouraged to wear their pyjamas and bring their favourite stuffie. Storytime prepares children to learn to read.
