Do you love books and want to practice your English? Join this group where you will read and discuss a book written for adult learners together. In partnership with SHARE Family & Community Services.

This class is suitable for intermediate and advanced learners.

How to register:

• Registration starts Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 9am.
• English Learners' Book Club is a six-week program, held every Tuesday from January 14 to February 18, 2025.
• Register once for all six meetings.
• Please choose only one book club: Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
• You will get your book club book at the first meeting.

Paper Marbling is an art technique where paper is dipped into water with different colour dyes in it to create different patterns and designs. In this intro workshop you'll learn a couple different marbling techniques to create beautiful and unique pieces of art. All supplies will be provided.

Please choose only one date: January 10 or February 3.

Learn the cheeriest instrument around! An introduction to playing the ukulele for beginners. We will learn tuning, strumming and how to play chords. You can use your own ukulele or use a Library instrument.
